The Penta Evo by YY Vertical is a versatile training tool that combines the effectiveness of gymnastic rings with the precision of wooden climbing holds, providing optimal muscle strengthening. Made from poplar plywood, it combines lightness and sturdiness. Its dimensions (23 cm in diameter and 3 cm in thickness) and a weight of 350 g per ring make it easily transportable. It features seven different grips: 25 mm, 20 mm, 15 mm, 10 mm edges, two finger grips, one for a single finger, and an ergonomic pinch, allowing for a wide range of exercises to train shoulders, arms, fingers, and back.
